This progressive disease worsens over time and can have a significant impact on quality of life, limiting the ability to perform basic daily activities comfortably. Standard COPD management protocols such as lifestyle changes, medications, and supplemental oxygen therapy are effective, but adding laser therapy may provide additional benefit.
